Fidelity First Funding

Cory Baggs, President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and
Primary Lending Manager, started Fidelity First Funding, Inc. in July of 2000.

Cory has held numerous positions including a Branch Manager, Commercial
Loan Officer, Consumer and Mortgage Loan Officer, Collections Manager,
and other positions spanning a career of more than 30 years working in all
facets in the financial industry.

Having worked for commercial banks, credit unions and mortgage
companies, Cory has created synergies through innovative processes and
consolidations resulting in product growth, increased profits, rising market
shares and recognition in the banking and finance industry.

Cory has been an active reservist for more than 23 years in the US Navy,
and is currently serving as an Information Dominance Warfare Officer with
the Office of Naval Intelligence in Suitland MD. Cory was recently deployed
to Afghanistan as an Officer in Charge of an Intelligence Exploitation Team
with a Special Operations Task Force.

Cory holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Business
Management from Weber State University, in Ogden Utah and has completed
Joint Professional Military Education through the US Air Force Air University,
Air Command and Staff College along with completing numerous other
trainings, continuing education and management courses.
